The Jacksonville Jewish Center welcomes unaffiliated individuals and families to join us for services during the High Holy Day Season. If you are a member of a congregation, please have that congregation send a reciprocity form to memberoutreach@jaxjewishcenter.org.  To view the high holy day services schedule, please visit www.jaxjewishcenter.org/hhds.

Please submit this form to reserve your High Holy Day guest tickets. High Holy Day tickets are $75 per day or $200 for all 4 Days (per individual). If you submitted this form after Monday, September 19, for Rosh Hashanah tickets, you may not receive them in the mail in time. You will have to check in with security at the gate and then again at the building.

• Erev Rosh Hashanah services are included in Rosh Hashanah Day 1 Tickets.
• Tickets are not required for children.
• Students and military are welcome to attend services and need only to show their student/military identification. 

All Members: Tickets will be sent to all adult members by the middle of September. If you need additional tickets, please fill out this form. If you have family attending from out-of-town, who are members of another congregation, please have that congregation send a reciprocity form to memberoutreach@jaxjewishcenter.org.
